Delegation from China’s Hainan Province visits Port of Zwolle

On July 27, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from China’s Hainan Province to Port of Zwolle. The delegation led by Mr. Li Dongyu was introduced to both the port organization and Steeler Yachts.

A boat tour through the Port of Meppel, guided by Jeroen van den Ende, made a strong impression on the visitors. The delegation gained valuable insight into the port’s operations and the developments taking place throughout the region.

During the visit to Steeler Yachts, quality and craftsmanship were key themes. The delegation also showed great interest in the company’s sustainable solutions. Steeler not only has extensive experience in environmentally friendly boating but is also involved in the development of zero-emission vessels.

For several years, Port of Zwolle and Hainan Province have maintained a valuable relationship. This visit to Meppel provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences. As a fitting conclusion, we received an invitation for a return visit to Hainan.

We look back on a successful visit and look forward to further strengthening our cooperation.
