    Reason: If you submit a request regarding the processing of your personal data, we may request a copy of your identification document.

Port of Zwolle only shares personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Access, Modify, or Delete Your Data

This means you can request us to send your personal data we have in a computer file to you or another organization you specify. To submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data, please send an email to communicatie@portofzwolle.nl.

To ensure the request for access is made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your identification document with the request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Port of Zwolle takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
